Instrument Rating Print

An instrument rating isn't just for those pilots operating in foggy climates. Any time a pilot sets out on a flight, there is a chance that weather will change unexpectedly. Being able to control an aircraft by instrument references alone may save your life. The convenience of filing an instrument flight plan and climbing over a layer of clouds into the sunshine pays off enormously. Even on a clear day, the value of having a positive clear traffic space around you is comforting and the FAA Air Traffic Control system will provide that for you! Instrument Rating Course is FAR 141 Approved.

Remember, individual student costs and training time will vary depending on the individual studens aptitude, the frequency of training, and factors out of the control of the Academy.
